Poker nl5 graph
Nov 08, · Imo at NL5 you can tighten down a bit aswell. You get into less difficult positions by that way and are harder to beat. Maybe because you came from NL10 you think that you need to be quite aggressive, but no, there are easier ways. Nothin wrong to play tight ABC poker (micro stakes) when you are getting decent +bb/ re: Poker & NL5 Problems When you say 7 5NL shots and lost $35, do you mean that you took 7 seperate shots? If that is the case you should consider grinding 2NL a bit more and take a shot when you can handle at least a 5BI downswing. Aug 08, · nice graph by the way. I would suggest u reduce your multitabling down some. The competition is a bit stiffer, and should u hit a cooler (downwing)@ NL5, your hardearned bankroll will vapourize very quickly.
Thanks Clark, I am glad that my blog posts help! David lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and has played over a million hands online and many thousands of hands in Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and Las Vegas casinos. BlackRain79 January 1, at 6: Reggae June 10, at The main difference here is that instead of experiencing an extended period of time where I failed to maintain a positive win rate, I ended up wiping out 5 months of positive results in a mere 33 hours. A winrate above 0 means that you are a winning player and you should be happy about that. You should play the limits that you can beat and then take shots at the next highest one.
Starting Hand Selection in Hold ‘em
Hello , I have beat NL2 4 zoom with 4. How to cope with that? Should I 4bet light as well and play a LAG game or tighten up and fold to every 4bet on guys I don't know stats? I also rarely hero called the river 3rd barell.
Are hero calls necessary in NL5 as people bluff jam too often to keep a good winrate? Hope I'll fix my leaks!! It's difficult to know with the limited info that you give. Posting stats would be helpful.
I deleted all the sessions as it was of no point keeping them in my database they were nl5 shots. If that is the case you should consider grinding 2NL a bit more and take a shot when you can handle at least a 5BI downswing. Another thing is to carefully table select and I usually take shots at weakends just beacuse there are more fish and you can get used to the stakes while playing at sort of similar players as the stakes below. When people is 3Betting a lot you should 4Bet more and 4Bet bluff and you should call more, this does cause some awful flop situations, but I guess you get used to it.
When you move up stakes you usually are a losing player at the next stake and to study your higher limit history can greatly speed up the process to become a winning player and you dont lose money while studying, so do that.
The two stood embraced, in a pool of warm fresh blood. The alley was dark and narrow. stroked, fondled, or otherwise handled the bare genitals of someone else. His eyes watered with ecstasy, as he rubbed his cock in the meat. He smeared it on his hairy chest, groaning. that pushed the disease way down the ladder of people's priorities," admitted another.
This may be a stupid question, but why do you still grind micro stakes and not go up to low or mid? Surely you would be profitable at those stakes and you would inflate your monthly earnings? I have played regularly up to NL in the past and may again one day. These are also the limits that I coach and write about so it helps me stay on top of the games. How can i calculate my BB win for hands? Hey fabi, the easiest way would be to just use a tracking program and HUD like PokerTracker 4 and let it do the calculation for you.
But if you wanted to do the math yourself then you would need to find out the total amount of big blinds that you have won. Then do a few calculations with the total number of hands to find out how many you are earning per hands. Nice post, as usual: I am very appreciate your posts about work ethic and discipline.
Thanks again Nathan for bringing people back to reality and actually having a real "number" to strive for in PT or HEM. Waiting patiently for book All the best going forward at the tables. I am midway through the second full edit on the book. Really hoping to have it out before the end of this month.
I don't play much Zoom but it would be slightly lower across the board at all levels. I think I should be playing a lot more optimally, putting people to the test, but I am not sure how to start implementing that.
Also I have no real life poker buddies to help each other out. I think I am looking for coaching on a profit share basis. Nice work, that is a good win rate for NL25 Zoom. A coach couldn't hurt but it sounds like you are well on your way. Spoke too soon, lol, now 1. So that's partly why I like zoom, I guess. Maybe I should post again when I get closer to , hands or so. From what I've see What would be the point?
